Deep Fried Oreo
I went with my family to Taste of Saskatchewan today. It is a 5 day event that showcases about 40 local restaurants. They all have a small sample of their menu items. One of them had Deep fried Oreo's. Donut batter around an Oreo. My goodness are they good. They also had deep fried Mars bars. I didn't have the courage to try one of those.

Deep fried Mars Bars! We don't get that kind of thing in New Zealand!!
That all sounds like bizarre ideas to try, but I can't see why you would pass up a deep fried Mars Bar if you would go for the Oreo. They both sound marvellous, but if I had to pick, it would be the Mars Bar for sure!

Wow...our county fair is going on now. Maybe I should head on over to see if they have deep fried Oreos! That would have to be better than the deep fried Snickers we tried two years ago.... too gooey and messy (we couldn't even take more than a bite or two of that one). But Oreos..... gotta be be good. :)
